Use your result to plan your next goal

Keep a record of your first check, then return to the same calculator to follow your progress.

Use a recent set

Start with the lift you train and enter a set you have completed. A bodyweight pull-up or chin-up tool uses your strict rep count; a weighted tool also asks for added weight.

Give each lift its own goal

Use your strength level and the calculator’s targets to choose a goal for that exercise. Record pull-up, row, and pulldown results separately.

Keep machine checks consistent

For rows and pulldowns, use the same machine, handle, grip, and setup each time. That gives you a clearer picture of your progress on the equipment you train.

Check again after a training block

Repeat the exercise with the same range of motion and support. Compare with your earlier result to see where you have improved and what to work toward next.
