Verify mass/dimensions and score actual axle, plate, and collar mass. Lie supine on a level floor inside a rack with legs straight, knees extended, feet together, and head, shoulders, and buttocks continuously planted. Take a pronated grip with index-finger centers exactly 81.0 cm apart, measured and marked on the unringed axle. Receive a handoff or unrack to full extension. Lower under control until both upper arms contact the floor simultaneously; settle motionless for one full second without bounce or sink, then press to simultaneous full elbow lockout. Repeat with the same contacts/setup for 1–10 reps. Belt, wrist wraps, chalk, shoes, rack, and spotter protection allowed. No bench, elbow sleeves, supportive press garment, leg drive, bridge, spotter assistance, or plates contacting floor.
