How the Weighted Flexed-Arm Hang Calculator Works

Reach a motionless flexed-arm hang with chin above the bar, shoulders controlled, belt load hanging freely, and feet clear before timing. During the attempt, keep chin above bar, grip and elbow position, controlled shoulders, quiet body, and suspended load clear of support.

Chin reaches bar height or lower, elbow/shoulder position fails, grip changes, load/body touches support, swing/kipping, assistance, or voluntary end. Total labeled plate weight suspended from one dip belt; bodyweight is excluded. Two-side bar hang; no side selector.
