If any Endura.coach services and/or applications have additional terms and conditions, privacy statements, or other policies (“Separate Terms”), then those Separate Terms shall apply in connection with your use of that Endura.coach service and/or site. To the extent there is a direct conflict between the Separate Terms and these Terms, the Separate Terms shall govern. If you do not want to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Site.

Endura.coach is primarily an online software service and content publisher. All content on Endura.coach is for informational purposes only. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON THIS INFORMATION. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED FITNESS OR HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY LIABILITY AGAINST ENDURA.COACH FOR INACCURACIES OR MISSTATEMENTS RELATED TO CONTENT OR SERVICES.

Endura.coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your ability to use the Site or portion thereof for failure to comply with these Terms or any Separate Terms related to a service, for infringing copyright, or for any other reason at Endura.coach’s reasonable discretion. You are solely responsible for the content of your computer and any transmissions you make when using the Site.
