Elite Seated Barbell Overhead Press Strength Levels
Elite Seated Barbell Overhead Press strength means reaching the Elite target for your sex and exact bodyweight. The target rises with bodyweight without increasing pound-for-pound, so use the calculator for your exact Elite and Stretch targets.
Because the seated position removes momentum, the only way to reach Elite is to finish the bar cleanly overhead with no help from your lower body.
