Stand fully upright with one kettlebell stabilized bottoms-up, forearm vertical, elbow near 90 degrees, wrist neutral, free hand unsupported. During the attempt, keep the bell inverted, wrist neutral, forearm vertical, elbow position fixed, trunk upright, and feet stationary.
Bell tips out of the accepted inverted position, wrist collapses, elbow/forearm position changes materially, free-hand support, step, assistance, or voluntary end. Labeled weight of the one kettlebell; bodyweight is excluded. Test both arms with the same kettlebell; enter the shorter valid time.
