Use the score as a snapshot, then write down the rep details that made the snapshot valid. A later increase means more when the same implement, same setup rule, same range, same support position, and same rep quality were used again.

How the Glute Drive Machine Calculator Works

Use one unit family for bodyweight and working weight. Pounds and kilograms both work because the calculator normalizes the math internally.
