These deadlift milestones cover the conventional barbell deadlift from the floor. The collection includes eight pound checks from 225 to 500 lb and 15 kilogram checks from 50 to 200 kg, with separate pages for weights such as 300 and 315 lb or 130 and 140 kg. The general barbell deadlift calculator handles other recorded weights.
Choose the total barbell weight for your completed set, then add the repetitions, bodyweight and sex requested by the tool. Keep the starting height and pulling style consistent. Trap-bar deadlifts, sumo pulls, Romanian deadlifts and rack pulls have different movement requirements and are outside this milestone collection.

Open calculatorHow to interpret conventional deadlift milestones
Use the same pulling style and start height to make a meaningful comparison between sets.
Use the conventional barbell lift
These pages assess the conventional deadlift, rather than a trap-bar, sumo or Romanian deadlift.
Include the whole barbell
Enter the total of the bar and all plates. The number on one plate is not the full set weight.
Keep the start height the same
Pulling from blocks or a rack changes the movement and needs the corresponding exercise standards.
Record completed repetitions
Use the reps you actually completed with the same pulling style when checking a milestone.
