Start with the standard bodyweight calculator for the movement you performed, then choose a weighted version when you added external resistance. This collection covers push-ups, dips, pull-ups, chin-ups, muscle-ups, squats, single-leg exercises, and selected bodyweight holds.

Use conversions to estimate how one bodyweight progression relates to another exercise, and use comparisons to see two movements side by side. Keep the exercise standard, bodyweight, added weight, range of motion, and assistance consistent before interpreting the result.

Choose a bodyweight calculator by goal

Choose the movement and loading format you actually performed. Bodyweight repetitions, added weight, one-repetition maximum estimates, and exercise conversions answer different questions.

How to compare bodyweight strength correctly

Bodyweight exercises change as your bodyweight, range of motion, grip, assistance, and added weight change. Match the test before comparing the score.

Separate bodyweight from added weight

A bodyweight push-up or pull-up is not the same test as a weighted variation. Record your bodyweight and any external weight separately when the calculator asks for both.

Use the exact variation

Grip width, rings, straight bars, range of motion, leg position, and assistance can change the difficulty. Choose the page that matches the exercise you performed.

Keep repetitions and holds distinct

A maximum-repetition standard, an estimated 1RM, and a timed hold measure different qualities. Do not substitute one result for another.

Treat conversions as estimates

Conversions can help relate progressions, but technique, body proportions, fatigue, and equipment make the relationship individual.
