Stand fully locked out with straight arms, both palms facing the body, bar clear of floor/support, and feet stationary. During the attempt, maintain raw pronated grip, full standing lockout, straight arms, stationary feet, and bar clear of body support beyond incidental position.
Grip opens or changes, hook/mixed grip appears, posture unlocks, bar rests on thighs/rack, foot moves, assistance, or voluntary end. Total straight-bar-and-plate weight; bodyweight is excluded. Two-side straight-bar test.
