Push press both matched dumbbells overhead, return feet parallel, lock hips, knees, and elbows, stabilize both loads over the shoulders for two seconds, then time. During the attempt, keep both elbows locked, shoulders active, loads stacked over the shoulders, trunk controlled, and feet stationary.

Either elbow unlocks, either load drifts materially, shoulder position collapses, foot moves, knee/hip bends, assistance appears, or voluntary end. Combined labeled weight of two matched dumbbells; bodyweight is excluded. Two-side matched-dumbbell test; no side selector.
