Timing starts only at stable full standing lockout while gripping both raised high handles, with knees and hips extended, feet stationary, arms straight, and the entire bar clear of floor, rack, blocks, body, and other support. During the attempt, maintain upright full lockout, straight arms, raw neutral double-overhand grip, stationary feet, and the closed trap bar clear of all support without shrug repetitions, regripping, or thigh contact.

Stop at the first grip release or regrip, knee/hip unlock used to save the hold, posture loss, step, shrug repetition, bar/body/support contact, strap/hook assistance, outside help, or voluntary end. Entered load is total closed-trap-bar weight plus all plates, not plate load alone, per-side load, or bodyweight-inclusive load. Two-side centered implement; no side selector or separate-side aggregation.
